French violist Christophe Desjardins has passed away from cancer – aged just 57

French violist Christophe Desjardins has passed away from cancer – aged just 57.

A graduate of the Conservatoire de Paris and the Hoschschule der Kunste Berlin, Christophe had performed as a member of the Enseble Intercontemporain and had served teaching positions at The Juilliard School and the Hoschscule fur Musik Detmold.
