VC Artist Suyeon Kang is building an international reputation as one of the new generation’s most promising and gifted young concert soloists

Korean-Australian violinist, VC Artist Suyeon Kang is building an international reputation as one of the new generation’s most multifaceted and unique young concert artists.

A graduate of Hochschule fūr Musik ‘Hanns Eisler’ in Berlin and the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg, where she studied with Antje Weithaas and Daniel Gaede, Suyeon is a former prizewinner of the Indianapolis, Menuhin, Buenos Aires and Bayreuth International Violin Competitions –  and was awarded 1st and the Audience prize at the 2015 Michael Hill International Violin Competition, in New Zealand.

She is also the co-founder of the Berlin-based Trio Boccherini.
