Naxos Records has this month announced the release of violinist Hyejin Chung's new album: Seitz Violin Concertos.

Recorded with pianist Warren Lee, the disc features violin and piano versions of Friedrich Seitz's (1848 - 1918) Violin Concertos No. 6 in G Major, No. 7 in D Minor, No. 8 in G Major, No. 9 in D Major, No. 10 in A Major - and Violin Concerto in A Minor, Op. 25.

''Previously there was no recording of these concertos by Seitz ... so delivering his technical splendor for the first time was like discovering hidden treasures ... '' Hyejin has told The Violin Channel.
