Violinist Haim Shtrum has Died from Covid-19, Aged 81

Shtrum was an active musician and teacher around the Los Angeles area
The Israeli-American violinist and composer has passed away from complications with the Covid-19 virus.
A graduate of the Juilliard School as a student of Dorothy Delay and Louis Persinger, Shtrum was a member of the University of Delaware String Quartet and the St. Clair String Quartet.
He performed with the Detroit Symphony and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. In addition, he once taught at UCLA and was an active violinist of the freelance community in Los Angeles.
