DePaul University School of Music has announced the appointment of violin pedagogue Ann Setzer to its teaching faculty

DePaul University School of Music, in Chicago, has this week announced the appointment of violin pedagogue Ann Setzer to its teaching faculty – effective from September of this year.
A graduate of the Juilliard School, where she studied with Sally Thomas, Ms Setzer currently serves long-term teaching positions on faculty at the Mannes School of Music, the Juilliard School Pre-College and the Meadowmount School of Music.
“We are thrilled to have Ann Setzer join the DePaul School of Music ... " Head of Strings, Janet Sung has told The Violin Channel.
"She has long been revered and highly respected as a pedagogue, working with talented students at the highest level, and her expertise and depth of experience will make her a fantastic addition to the violin faculty team at DePaul,” she has said.
