Applications are now open for the inaugural 2018 Viktor Treyakov International Violin Competition

Applications are now open for the inaugural 2018 Viktor Treyakov International Violin Competition - to be held in Krasnoyarsk, Russia from the 23rd of September to 1st of October.

Open to international violinists aged 16 to 30, the 1st prize winner will receive US $15,000.

The 2018 jury comprises: Viktor Tretyakov, Boris Kuschnir, Vera Tsu Weiling, Kurt Sassmannshaus, Vadim Repin, Natalya Likhopoy, Aiman Mussakhajayeva, Qian Zhou, and Takashi Shimizu.

Applications to be received by the 15th of July, 2018.
