We're coming to you from the Kronberg Academy in Kronberg im Taunus, Germany, for the weekly concert of the Kronberg Academy Young Virtuosi Series, featuring violinist Cosima Soulez Larivière. For this concert, Cosima is joined by cellist Ivan Skanavi and pianist Itai Navon.
Presently a student of Mihaela Martin at the Kronberg Academy, Franco-Dutch violinist Cosima Soulez Larivière has been awarded major prizes at various international competitions, including 3rd prize at the Joseph Joachim Competition in 2018, 1st prize at the inaugural Bartók World Competition & Festival in 2017, 1st prize at the Brahms Competition in 2015 and 3rd prize and the Bach prize at the Postacchini Competition, also in 2015. Every Wednesday at 12 PM (ET), audiences can watch an hour-long concert featuring the Kronberg Academy's students from the Professional Studies program and the Sir András Schiff Performance Program for Young Pianists.
