VC LIVE | Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center — Direct From Taiwan [WATCH NOW]

The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, in partnership with The Violin Channel, will this week present a concert and documentary stream from the Society's 2019 and 2020 Taiwanese tours

The first concert, recorded in December 2019 at the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts, in Kaohsiung, and recorded for Taiwan's PBS stations, will stream on September 27 at 6:00 PM (ET).

The stream will feature Co-Artistic Directors, pianist Wu Han and cellist David Finckel, violinists VC Artist Paul Huang and Arnaud Sussmann, and violist Paul Neubauer — and will include works by Prokofiev, Taneyev, Shostakovich, and Rachmaninov.

The second stream, presented on September 28 at 6 PM (ET), is from the Society's 2020 visit to the country — and includes a behind-the-scenes documentary and archival concert footage.

The concert featuring performances by pianist Wu Han, violinists Kristin Lee and VC Artist Richard Lin, violinist and violist Yura Lee, violist and VC Artist Matthew Lipman, and cellists Dmitri Atapine and Keith Robinson.
