VC LIVE | Bamberg Symphony Orchestra's 75th Anniversary

Presented by BR-KLASSIK, the performance features Beethoven’s Leonore Overture No. 3, Beethoven’s Violin Concerto in D major, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3 “Eroica"

We’re coming to you from Bamberg, Germany with conductor Christoph Eschenbach, violinist Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider, and the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra.

The Bamberg Symphony was founded in 1946 by former members of Prague's German Philharmonic Orchestra and musicians who lost their homes in World War II. This concert is held in celebration of the orchestra's 75th birthday.
