We're coming to you live from Munich for the Piano Trio Final Round of the 2023 ARD International Music Competition Munich.

The finals of the piano trio competition will take place on September 9, 2023 at 10 AM (EST), and will see finalists Trio Orelon, Trio Pantoum, and Amelio Trio compete for the top prizes.

The jury for the piano trio competition is Susan Tomes (Chairperson), Jitka Čechová, Soo-Kyung Hong, Esther Hoppe, Per Lundberg, Raphaël Pidoux, and Annette von Hehn.

Hosted annually since 1952 and widely regarded as one of classical music's most prestigious accolades, the ARD Prizes have springboarded the careers of notable winners including Jesse Norman, Christoph Eschenbach, Nobuko Imai, Mitsuko Uchida, Yuri Bashmet, Christian Tetzlaff and VC Artists Diyang Mei, Sarah Christian and Bomsori Kim.
