Watch the 2020 New York’s Barbash Bach String Competition direct from Long Island, New York

Open to international string players 16 to 30 years of age, the 1st prize winner will receive $5000, plus a performance invitation to the Island Symphony Bach Festival.

The jury will comprise: Stephanie Chase, Stanley Ritchie, Tanya Tomkins, Philip Setzer and Colin Carr.

Previous 1st prize winners include, baroque violinist Rachell Ellen Wong.
