The 28 Semi-Finalists have been announced for the 2018 Washington International String Competition
The 28 Semi-Finalists have today been announced for the 2018 Washington International String Competition – to be held in Washington D.C., United States from the 22nd to the 24th of June.
The 2018 Semi-Finalists are:

Open to international string players aged between 18 and 28, the 1st prize winning violinist, violist and cellist will each receive US $10,000.
All competitors must not be under professional management nor current students of any jury member.
The 2018 jury comprises: Dmitri Berlinsky, Rita Porfiris and Paul Katz.
