French violinist David Castro-Balbi's 1st prize winning performance - at the Final in the 2013 Louis Spohr International Violin Competition

The then 21 year old French violinist David Castro-Balbi's 1st prize winning performance - in the final of the 2013 Louis Spohr International Violin Competition for Young Violinists in Weimar, Germany.

David was this week announced as the new Principal 2nd violinist with the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig.
