Superstar Chinese pianist Lang Lang has married his longterm girlfriend, 24-year-old German/Korean pianist Gina Alice Redlinger

It has been announced this week that superstar Chinese pianist Lang Lang has married his longterm girlfriend, 24-year-old German/Korean pianist Gina Alice Redlinger - in a private ceremony at the Palace of Versailles, in Paris.

Both bride and groom, who performed together at the ceremony, are former students of American pianist Gary Graffman.

A graduate of the Hamburg University of Music, Gina Alice recently made recital debuts at the Berliner Philharmonie and in China's Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Despite rarely discussing his private life, Lang Lang posted a series of photos of the nuptials on his Chinese Weibo account on Sunday.

The post has to date been liked over 1,000,000 times.
