The 8 finalists have today been announced for the 2018 Young Classical Artists Trust, in London.
This year’s YCAT finalists are:
- Violinist Jonian-Ilias Kadesha
- Violinist Julia Pusker
- Pianist Giuseppe Guarrera
- Pianist Ke Ma
- Pianist Jonathan Ferrucci
- Recorder player Tabea Debus
- Saxophonist Jonathan Radford
- A4 Brass Quartet
The final will be held on the 24th of May at London’s Wigmore Hall – with all 1st prize winners invited to join the YCAT roster – granting access to management services, career engagements, publicity and career guidance.
Previous alumni include: violist VC Young Artist Timothy Ridout, violinist Benjamin Baker, cellist Li-Wei Qin, trumpeter Alison Balson - and the Belcea, Castalian and Heath String Quartets.
